Thickener

 

Thickener is applicable for all kinds of mineral concentrate, tailing dewatering process in the mineral processing plant and the slurry density adjustment in gold CIL or CIP plant. Prominer can provide the thickener system as below:

Centeral drive thickener mainly consists of thickener tank, rake, rake drive, hydraulic rake lift system, flocculant adding device, feeder and automatic control device. It can be designed into skid-mounted type

Peripheral traction thickener running roller type. Large-scale mineral processing plant dewatering system usually adopts such type thickener. Its tank and base are always made of concrete.
