Feeding System

Based on different physical properties of various minerals, Prominer has full experience on providing suitable feeding system include grizzly feeder, vibrating feeder, pan feeder and apron feeder.

We can provide typical feeding system for large scale capacity mineral processing plant by using feed bin featured an overhead grizzly feeder (vibrator, pan or apron feeder) and it always requires a high-feed ramp to access the feed bin.

 

 

 

Prominer has developed a module low profile grizzly feeder that removes the need for high-ramp construction. Our module low profile grizzly feeder comprises a low-profile feed bin with underlying heavy-duty belt feeder or apron feeder that discharges the run-of-mine ore onto grizzly screen. Meanwhile the grizzly screen will take out the fine mineral ore which doesn’t need to pass crushing system or primary crushing system.
