Obtain fully dispersed finely divided minerals, which are fed into the sorting area obliquely and close to the high ore level. In the process of forward feeding of minerals in the ore bucket, the layered separation is first realized under the action of the comprehensive force field such as gravity and magnetic force. The coarse-grained gangue first settles to the bottom under the action of gravity, and moves with the mineral flow. The coarse particles containing magnetic minerals are located on the upper part of the bottom due to the magnetic force and accelerate forward. The fine-grained magnetic minerals are linked and suspended under the action of the magnetic field. Go up and accelerate forward movement. The layered pulp is directly fed to the surface of the sorting cylinder with high magnetic force at a higher speed. Because the magnetic minerals in the slurry moving to the sorting cylinder first reach the surface of the sorting cylinder by the acceleration of the magnetic force, and are directly adsorbed to the inner layer by the high magnetic force of the sorting cylinder, the coarse-grained minerals then reach the surface of the sorting cylinder. Coarse particles containing magnetic minerals can be directly adsorbed on the surface of the sorting cylinder by the high magnetic force of the sorting cylinder. Gangue minerals that are not affected by the magnetic force cannot be adsorbed by the sorting cylinder and are also difficult to enter the inner layer of the sorting cylinder. Process details
The first stage: crushing and screening
Large pieces of iron ore are uniformly sent to the jaw crusher (rock crusher) by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing; the coarsely crushed iron ore is screened by the vibrating screen and sent by the belt conveyor Hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing;
The second stage: grinding
The iron powder of 0-12 mm sieved by the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the ball mill for grinding, and is sieved by the spiral classifier, and the iron powder that does not meet the requirements is sent to the ball mill to continue grinding;
The third stage: magnetic separation drying
The iron powder that meets the beneficiation requirements is sent to a magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation and magnetic separation to remove impurities; the obtained iron powder is sent to a dryer for drying to obtain iron fine powder.
