Laboratory Scale Test

Physical property study include value element grade, density, hardness, crushing & grinding working index, mineralogy study;

Condition test:

Full condition test will be conducted to select suitable beneficiation method and fix the technical details including mineral processing method, stage and its data (gravity separation, magnetic separation, flotation separation, chemical processing), chemical dosage, feeding point, final product check, sedimentation test of concentrate and tailing, etc.

Pilot Test

For understanding the project economic feasibility and making sure the project with stable performance, pilot test service is provided to process large quantity sample for long time performance in order to recommend sufficient mineral processing technology. Meanwhile, pilot test final product can be expressed back for customer’s off-take purpose with potential buyer.
